A5097052 Cassandra is a sociable 6-year-old spayed female red-and-white Billy Hound and Pointer mix who arrived at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray from Claremont on August 4th. Weighing 47 lbs, Cassandra is a happy, tail-wagging pup who adores both belly rubs and treats (which she takes gently). Cassandra has a nice medium energy level and walks okay on a leash, though she does like to lead where her nose takes her and will benefit from some additional leash training to be the best walking companion she can be. This cheerful girl shows signs of being housetrained, and seems relaxed and friendly around other dogs. Cassandra will be a fun and loving companion in a home with an individual or family who will help her exercise her mind and well as her body by taking her along for walks and other activities.
