Experienced and passionate trainers

Our trainers are highly passionate with many years of industry-based experience. The days of glazed over eyes are no longer as we strive to make every subject relevant to the real world. Our goal is to ensure that your staff feel that training is a good investment of their time and talk positively with their co-workers about their training experiences.

Train at our site or yours

In addition to our dedicated and realistic training facility, we can conduct training on your sites, in your work conditions, with full integration of your policies and procedures into our training material. We want training to be as real as possible.

Integrated training management

Our Company Training Portal allows approved personnel to view your staff training records and certificates. We can also set automated reminders for re-training to ensure compliance with your training policies. Ask us about our automation and systems integration capabilities which set us apart from the rest.

Competency is our priority

Not every trainee is deemed competent. From time to time we recommend additional training and re-assessment, because the last thing we want is for a trainee to return to their work environment without the right level of skills and knowledge to work safely. You can rest assured that when we deem a person competent – they are.

Referenced technical expertise

When providing safety advice to our customers, we always refer to legislation, Australian Standards, compliance codes, codes of practice and regulatory guidance from WorkSafe. We’ll work with you to find a compliant and pragmatic solutions to your safety problems.
